Participating in this group gives you the opportunity to connect with other parents who may be struggling with the same parenting challenges you are experiencing.

We will work together to identify the specific areas you need to build a stronger parent-child connection. Some of these areas may include child development, parenting styles, and parenting techniques.

 

During the course of the 15-week program, we will begin to explore and develop:

 

• Mindful parenting

• Self-compassion

• Self-esteem 

• Structure and nurture
