Jackie Lien, MA, LPC,
Executive Director/Clinical Director
Jackie earned her Master's Degree is in Clinical Psychology from JFK University in California. She has been a Licensed Professional Counselor for 23 years and is on the Oregon Board of Licensed Professional Counselors and Therapists' Supervisor Registry. She has supervised interns working toward their master's degrees and those working towards their LPC certification in a number of different areas of counseling and education.
Jackie is also an adjunct faculty member in the Psychology Departments at Rogue Community College and Southern Oregon University, where she also teaches in the Mental Health Counseling Master's Program.
Finance and Operations Manager
Mary has been with PCCi for 4 years. She spent 25 years as the finance manager for a manufactured home company. Her primary role with PCCi before managing finance and operations was managing client accounts and billing.
Taylor York, MS, LPC Intern
Taylor has a Master’s degree from Southern Oregon University in Mental Health Counseling and is currently pursuing certification as a Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor II. Taylor’s clinical specialty is working with clients with both mental health and substance abuse needs. She works with adults and adolescents, on a variety of concerns; including substance abuse, anxiety, depression, trauma, and LGBT issues.
Taylor oversees the agency’s DHS program, working closely with clients involved with the child welfare system. She also facilitates the Women’s Moving On program, which is an evidence-based treatment program designed for women on probation.
In addition to her clinical work, Taylor also works to coordinate and manage clinical services for clients and staff of Phoenix Counseling Center. She works closely with new counselors/interns in the training process, and works to ensure that staff receive relevant ongoing trainings. One of Taylor’s passions is the integration of Trauma Informed Care into every aspect of service delivery, ensuring that the clients of Phoenix Counseling Center feel safe as they grow in recovery.
