  1. How do I make an appointment?
    Just call our main number (541-535-4133) during business hours: 10 a.m. to  5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday, tell the receptionist which program you are interested in or the kind of help you need, and you will be directed to the right person.
  2. How long does it take to get in?
    We will always try to schedule your first appointment within 48 hours of your phone call.
  3. Is there a process to get enrolled?
    Yes. All the information you receive will benefit your treatment experience and the questions we ask will help us formulate the best possible treatment package to meet your individual needs.
  4. How long does my treatment episode last?
    Treatment plans are developed on an individual basis and discussed thoroughly with each client at the time of enrollment.
  5. If I have a mental health issue or an alcohol or drug-related problem, how will I be treated? You will be treated with respect and dignity. We view alcohol and other substance abuse problems as  serious health issues, and we approach them that way.

  6. What if I don’t have a problem, but someone I love is addicted and won't get help?
    Since chemical dependency affects the family members, friends, and colleagues we offer a Resilient Families Program to increase awareness about the disease process and how to support your loved one in a healthy way.
